We offer major accepted carriers as means of shipment at customer's choice. All shipping terms are determined by carriers.
We ship to addresses that buyers provide. Buyers are fully responsible for any possible delays and additional address corrections and redirection fees that may be incurred if buyers provide incorrect addresses.
We are not responsible for loss or damage of packages that are dropped at your facility such as front door.
For International shipping buyers are responsible for Customs clearances including such as but not limited to documents required, duties payments and brokerage fees.
Return and Refund
We accept returns within 10days from the date of receipt of merchandises and refund to buyers if the following terms meet:
- Items to be returned must be subject to our authorization prior to shipping back
- Every of merchandises is undamaged, unused, in original boxes. We strongly recommend customers to take pictures before shipment
- All items must be prepaid and be with corresponding invoices
How to Return
Please contact us with the invoice# and brief reasons. We accept return within 7 business days after receipt of item(s). All returns must obey to our return policy:
1) must be unused
2) must be within 7 business days after after receipt of item(s)
We charge 10% of total amount for restocking fee if the return is not because of product defect. The fee will be deducted from the refund
We will refund to buyers if:
- If customers’ mistakes of orders placed and shipped, we will refund money to customers after deduction of 10% restocking fee
- If we shipped any wrong items that are not customers ordered, we will fully refund to customers without restocking fee and freight charge incurred.
